FAQ
Which practitioner scopes are supported?
PTO, EN, ATA, RN, and CCRN. Select your scope in the app and every protocol, medication, and tool is filtered to your authorised scope of practice. You can switch scopes at any time.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. Every protocol, medication, and tool is stored on-device. No internet connection is required after installation.
Where does the clinical content come from?
Content references the Victorian Department of Health NEPT Clinical Practice Protocols, ANZCOR guidelines, and Ambulance Victoria Clinical Practice Guidelines. The app is an independent reference tool and reproduces these published sources for convenience — always defer to the official source and your provider's policies.
Is this a substitute for clinical judgement or provider policy?
No. The app is for reference only. Always apply clinical judgement and use it alongside your NEPT provider's policies and clinical oversight. If in doubt, escalate per CPP006.
How do I report a content error?
Email nept.app.feedback@gmail.com with the CPP or medication name and the correction. Accuracy reports are prioritised.
Does the app collect my data?
No personal data is collected or transmitted. The app runs entirely on-device.

NEPT Smart App does not collect, store, or transmit personal information. All app data is stored locally on your device.
